If someone had asked me 5 years ago whether I like Sauerkraut I would have said no! Well since then I studied at the Canadian School of Holistic Nutrition where I discovered the healing and health benefits of Traditional Sauerkraut and how to make it remarkable. So fast forward to 2016 and now I make and sell it to the public ! I eat it usually once or twice a day, often just in a half avocado, so I encourage you to go to the farmers market and get yourself a cabbage and some sea salt and start making it! Your immune system and digestive system will thank you I promise!
